Actor Tamannaah Bhatia, who is a big name down South and has been a part of the celebrated Baahubali franchise, says that art shouldn't be restricted.
"Art shouldn't have any borders and a fashion week is a great occasion to tap that and I think it does beautifully," she said while speaking to News18.com on the sidelines of Lakmé Fashion Week Summer/Resort 2018.
The actor, who has also worked in Bollywood films including Humshakals and Entertainment, turned showstopper for designer Ashwini Reddy. On being asked about the ensemble, she said, "I love this outfit Ashwini Reddy has made for me. I love these ruffles, they're so pretty. So, I'm just having a lot of fun."
"It's for the bride that's easy-going and chilled out and wants to have a lot of fun at the wedding. So, that's the kind of bride I am. Hoping to be, also," she added.
Bhatia also shared that she has received a lot of good pieces of advice and only likes to remember them, and not the bad ones, noting, "I don't listen to the other people who talk about this. I don't actually register the ones who talk about the worst ones, probably the good ones only get registered."
The designer presented a collection of outfits designed for a beach wedding. Myriad bright shades made their way to the runway and the collection spanned from lehengas to floor length gowns.
