Responding to the worsening cold wave in Jalaun, the District Collector has ordered the closure of schools. The Basic Education Officer (BEO) in Jalaun district has issued an official directive to declare a holiday for all schools accommodating students from 1st to 8th grades. A recent announcement has confirmed a school holiday from Tuesday, December 26, to Sunday, December 31. This applies to all government, semi-government, and private schools, with a suspension of teaching activities during this period. Despite the holiday, teachers are anticipated to be present at school to focus on departmental tasks and responsibilities.
The school will resume its regular schedule with teachers and staff attending to their respective duties after December 31. During this time, there will be no instructional activities in government, semi-government, or private schools for these classes.
