The production of melanin is responsible for the darkening of the skin. The solution to this is using almond flour as a face scrub. You can also add some yoghurt to this and apply it to the affected area. Apply this to the skin. You can also add half a cup of dried lemon peel and mix it with milk or curd.
To get rid of skin discolouration on oily skin, mix cucumber juice with lemon juice in equal parts and apply it to the affected area for 20 minutes daily.
