Akshay Kumar is winning hearts with his kind gesture. A video of the Khel Khel Mein actor has surfaced online showing him distribute food to those in need. Akshay hosted a small langar in his residence and handed out what seems to be homemade food to people in the streets.

The actor was joined by his team. In the video, Akshay tried to hide his identity by wearing a cap and a mask. However, fans recognised him almost immediately. The video has now gone viral. Watch it below:

Akshay has been busy with the release of his upcoming film. Titled Khel Khel Mein, the film is set to release on the occasion of Independence Day. The actor is joined by Vaani Kapoor, Taapsee Pannu, Fardeen Khan, Ammy Virk, Pragya Jaiswal, and Aditya Seal. The trailer was recently released and it revealed that the film will revolve around a group of people who engaged the daring game of taking a peek into each other’s phones. While it starts off on a hilarious note, things take a turn for the worst.

Khel Khel Mein comes after Akshay’s two big flops this year. He was seen in Bade Miyan Chote Miyan in April this year and was seen in Sarfira last month. Both films were expected to do good business but did not work at the box office. Speaking about his flops at the trailer launch of Khel Khel Mein, Akshay said he has been getting obituary messages for his flop movies.

Talking about it, Akshay added, “Main mara nai hu..main mara nai hu.. vo wale message nai hote jo obituary wale, condolence wale aate, are yaar. Isiliye kisi journalist likh bhi diya ‘don’t worry you will be back.’ Arre main usse likh bhi diya bhai yeh kyun likh raha hai, main gaya kahan hu, idhar hi hu, kaam karta rahunga, hamesha karta rahunga. Koi kuch bhi bole. Subh uthna hai, kasrat karna hai, kaam pe jaana, waapis aana hai. Jo bhi kamata hu, apne dum pe kamata hu, kisi se kuch manga nai hai. I will keep on working till they shoot me down.”
