Parth, famed for his ability to enthral fans with every part he plays, is expected to make an indelible impression in the highly anticipated film. Although much is not known about his character, the latest reports suggest that the film will premiere at the 77th Cannes Film Festival.
The Cannes Film Festival provides an opportunity for filmmakers from around the world to display their work. Among the films that will be screened at the 77th Cannes Film Festival, Hamare Baarah is one that is poised for a big premiere. The film, which is directed by Kamal Chandra, also stars Annu Kapoor, Ashwini Kalsekar, Manoj Joshi, and among others. It is co-produced by Ravi S Gupta, Birender Bhagat and Sanjay Nagpal. The film will be released on June 7 this year after its grand global premiere.
Reportedly. Hamare Baraah is set in the city of Uttar Pradesh and tells the crucial story of the state’s rapidly rising population. The teaser was released recently and depicts the plight of women in a male dominated society.
Speaking about the film, Annu Kapoor stated in a media interaction, “Working on Humare Baraah has been an incredible journey for me. The film delves into some complex and sensitive topics, and I believe the new title aligns better with our storytelling. I’m excited for audiences to experience the heart and soul of this project on June 7th."
Meanwhile, Parth Samthaan’s Bollywood debut has been long awaited. The television star was set to start his Bollywood journey with Googly Ho Gayi in 2016. However, the film was shelved. He is now set to star in the film Ghudchadi, which stars Raveena Tandon, Sanjay Dutt and Khushalii Kumar in important roles. The project was announced in 2022 and finished filming last year.
Parth was recently seen in the music video Jiya Laage Na. The song was his first collaboration with Isha Malviya. Parth started his career in television with the series Best Friends Forever. His career took off after he starred in Kaisi Yeh Yaariaan as Manik Malhotra. He collaborated with Niti Taylor on the show, and the fifth season premiered last year. He also played the popular role of Anurag Basu in Ektaa Kapoor’s sequel to the successful series Kasautii Zindagii Kay. The actor appeared opposite Erica Fernandes in the daily soap.
