Hema Malini’s daughters, Esha and Ahana Deol embarked on a spiritual journey to Vrindavan on April 20 to support their mother in the Lok Sabha elections. They offered prayers at the revered Banke Bihari Temple. During their visit, the temple’s priest gifted them with the blessed cloth and prasad. Now, Esha shared glimpses of her temple visit on her social media platform. Meanwhile, the veteran actress has been actively campaigning in the city. Hema Malini is contesting for the Mathura Lok Sabha seat with the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) for the third consecutive term.

The footage captures her graceful journey to the temple alongside her sister Ahana Deol. The diva warmly greeted the paparazzi and paused for some pictures. Dressed in a stunning pink kurta set, she radiates elegance throughout the video. The caption of the post read, “Mathura Vrindavan with my mamma.”

Esha treated her followers to more snapshots on her Instagram story. The photo captured within the temple premises features Esha alongside her sister Ahana and Ahana’s husband, Vaibhav Vohra.

Another video captures her entering the temple and engaging in interactions with the locals present.

Esha, accompanied by her sister Ahana, also made a visit to GLA University in Vrindavan where she engaged in an interactive session with the youth. Sharing a clip from her visit, Esha expressed her unwavering support for her mother. She wrote, “In solid support for my mother. Had a wonderful time with the youth of Mathura along with Ahana Deol and Vaibhav Vohra as we interacted with them at various colleges & encouraged them to step out & go vote.”

During a chat with news agency ANI, Isha shared her belief in her mother’s win in the elections, emphasising the robust backing from the residents of Mathura. She said, “There are so many supporters here who are the residents of Mathura. They want my mother to stay here and win the election from here. They want her to do much more, and it’s because of their support that my mom can do all this. So, their support is important.”

Earlier this year, Esha announced her separation from her husband Bharat Takhtani. The couple, who tied the knot in a discreet ceremony at the ISKCON temple in Mumbai on June 29, 2012, share two daughters, Radhya and Miraya.
