What did Daemon see in his vision?
In the 8th and final episode of House of the Dragon Season 2, Daemon (Matt Smith) has a vision when he is at the Harrenhal Weirwood tree. In his vision, he sees Rhaenyra seated on the Iron Throne, wearing a crown, hinting at her future. However, the bigger talking points of his vision are Game of Thrones connections. To begin with, Daemon foresaw a woman seated with her back against the camera and baby dragons in her hand. This sight confirmed that he saw Daenerys Targaryen.
She was seated in a hut that was engulfed in the fire, seemingly connecting it with the first season finale of Game of Thrones. Daemon also sees a glimpse of the White Walkers, who were charging towards their battlefield through the woods. He also finds himself walking throught a battlefield covered with deaths and blood, and also spots the three-eyed raven.
Daemon has a change in heart after learning the prophecy. He understands how the Dance of the Dragons will play a vital part in the future. When he reunites with Rhaenyra, he promises his loyalty to her, informing her that winter is coming that will destroy Westeros.

Several fans are seemingly taking this as a confirmation that Daenerys is ‘The Prince Who Was Promised’. However, a few also debated that it is a mere vision and might not confirm the theory just yet.
