How Sobhita Dhulipala Congratulated Made In Heaven Co-Star Arjun Mathur On His Wedding

Sobhita Dhulipala is beaming with joy for her Made In Heaven co-star, Arjun Mathur, who recently married his longtime girlfriend, Tiya Tejpal, in an intimate wedding ceremony. To celebrate their special day, Sobhita took to her Instagram Stories to share her heartfelt wishes for the newlyweds. She reposted a beautiful wedding picture shared by Arjun. Accompanying the snapshot, she wrote, “May you parrots circle round and round in glee forever and ever!!!” and added the hashtag #TiyaAndArjun, along with heart and evil eye emojis.

In the lovely snapshot, Tiya looked simply mesmerising in a bright yellow and orange saree, while Arjun opted for a red kurta pyjama for the big day. The couple, adorned with garlands around their necks, smiled widely as they looked at each other.

Sobhita also commented on the photo, saying, “So full of love and radiance.”

Arjun was previously married to Simrit Malhi in 2010, but the couple decided to part ways after two years. Following their separation, Arjun entered a relationship with Tiya Tejpal, and the two have been together for several years. However, they have kept their romance largely private. Tiya is a renowned production designer known for her work on high-profile projects, including Life of Pi, Raman Raghav 2.0, The White Tiger, Game, and Baar Baar Dekho, among others.

Meanwhile, Sobhita recently got engaged to Telugu actor Naga Chaitanya in a private ceremony in Hyderabad on August 8. The beautiful moment was captured in a series of photos where Sobhita looked gorgeous in a peach saree while Naga was seen dressed in a traditional white kurta-pyjama combo. Naga Chaitanya’s father, Nagarjuna, shared the special news on X (formerly Twitter), stating, “We are delighted to announce the engagement of our son, Naga Chaitanya, to Sobhita Dhulipala, which took place this morning at 9:42 a.m.!! We are overjoyed to welcome her into our family. Congratulations to the happy couple! Wishing them a lifetime of love and happiness. God bless! 8.8.8 – A beginning of infinite love.” There are rumours that the couple might tie the knot either at the end of this year or in March 2025.

Talking about their professional lives, both Arjun and Sobhita have received significant acclaim for their roles in the hit series Made in Heaven, where they portrayed Karan Mehra and Tara Khanna, respectively. Created by Zoya Akhtar and Reema Kagti, the series also featured Kalki Koechlin, Jim Sarbh, Shashank Arora, Mona Singh and Ishwak Singh. The show premiered on Amazon Prime Video.
