Varun Dhawan-starrer Baby John is touted as the one of the highly anticipated action entertainer dropping this Christmas. Jio Studios, Atlee and Murad Khetani today on the occasion of Dushera revealed the deadly look of the actor Jackie Shroff from the film, and it is absolutely menacing and fierce. The actor will be seen playing a ruthless antagonist in this high-octane actioner.
The poster showcases the ace actor in this edgy look with grey, long hair, vintage rings, and chains around his neck.
The excitement for Baby John is high after the distributors and exhibitors gave a thumbs-up following its exclusive 5-minute screening. It’s the first time Varun Dhawan will be seen in an out-and-out action entertainer and also an S Thaman musical. Directed by Kalees, Baby John is a mega-budget film packed with action, mass entertainment, and power-packed performances.
The film also marks the Hindi film debut of Keerthy Suresh and features Wamiqa Gabbi, making her silver screen debut. The electrifying cast includes Jackie Shroff and Rajpal Yadav.
Jio Studios presents Baby John, in association with Atlee and Cine1 Studios. A for Apple Studios and Cine1 Studios production, the film is produced by Murad Khetani, Priya Atlee, and Jyoti Deshpande. Directed by Kalees, Baby John is set to theatrically release on 25th December, 2024.
Fans can expect a teaser for Baby John around Diwali, according to Pinkvilla. A source close to the development stated, “The idea is to grab the eyeballs of the cinema-going audience by attaching the promo to both Diwali releases—Singham Again and Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3. The campaign for the Christmas release will kick off with an action-packed teaser this Diwali.”
Baby John is set for a Christmas release, arriving in theaters on December 25, 2024. Talking about the film with Pinkvilla, Varun Dhwan said, “All I can say is it’s a mass-action entertainer. There is a lot of entertainment in the film, which I love as well. And I’m just going to give it my all.”
