Kareena Kapoor Khan and Karisma Kapoor make sure to spend some quality time with each other, despite their busy schedules. Away from the chaotic business of the film industry and responsibilities as a mother, the sisters jetted off for a vacation together. Though the destination remains unknown to us, the duo were joined by Karisma’s daughter, Samiara Kapoor for the enchanting trip. Treating fans to a picture of the trip, Karisma has now dropped a poster on Instagram and you may not want to miss it.
Karisma Kapoor’s latest addition to her vacation diaries featured her with Kareena Kapoor Khan and Samaira, walking side by side. Strolling on a road with their backs facing the camera, the Kapoor trio was visibly immersed in the joyous time with each other and we are not complaining. For her casual day out with sister and niece, Kareena wore a white relaxed-fit T-shirt with black loose pants. On the other hand, Karisma kept it chic with her comfy top and lounge pants whereas Samaira also opted for a white sleeveless top with beige cargo pants. Drooping the pictures, Karisma wrote, “Summering with my hearts.”
Karisma Kapoor’s journey in the entertainment world has been nothing short of inspiring. Debuting with the 1991 film Prem Qaidi, she carved a niche for herself as a versatile actress, becoming the first woman from the Kapoor family to enter showbiz. Recently, in an interview with The Week, Kareena Kapoor Khan shed light on her sister’s role in reviving the Kapoor clan’s cinematic legacy. Providing some insights into Karisma’s early struggles, Kareena shared, “My grandfather had passed away, my father had made one film, Henna. Of course, Chintu uncle was this illustrious superstar actor but apart from that, no one was working at that time. So Karisma was actually the first female Kapoor who became this big sensation and star.”
In terms of acting projects, Karisma Kapoor was last seen in Murder Mubarak which premiered on Netflix. Starring Sanjay Kapoor, Tisca Chopra, Sara Ali Khan and Vijay Varma, the film failed to perform well, garnering negative reviews. As for Kareena Kapoor Khan, the actress impressed cinephiles with her performance in Crew co-starring Tabu and Kriti Sanon in the lead. Next up for the Bollywood star is The Buckingham Murders and Singham Again, directed by Hansal Mehta and Rohit Shetty respectively.
