One of the biggest music festivals in the world, Lollapalooza, is ready to return to India for its third run. After the successful second edition in January this year, the music festival is set to take place in March 2024. Confirming the development in a social media post, the organisers revealed the dates and location for this grand music festival. While Mumbai will host Lollapalooza once again, the venue is yet to be confirmed.

The third edition of Lollapalooza India will be held on March 8 and 9 next year. The lineup of artists is yet to be revealed.
According to a Rolling Stone report, Lollapalooza will bring four stages along with over 30 artists from India and globally. Promoted and co-produced by BookMyShow, tickets will go on sale on September 5 at 12 PM, starting at Rs 5,999.
Besides, a new ticket tier will also be introduced called the Lolla Comfort with a dedicated and private space with refreshments for purchase catering to those seeking additional comfort and convenience without the full cost of premium lounge services.
With “over 20 hours of foot-tapping music across four captivating stages, with high-energy beats,” Lollapalooza promises to mark the memories of all attendees.

Launched in January 2023, the music festival was a massive success in India. In its debut, the instalment drew 60,000 fans to the venues. Over the last two editions, Lollapalooza India has hosted more than 80 international and Indian artists. Some of the major headliners at the event were singers like Halsey, Eric Nam, and Lauv, followed by famous bands Jonas Brothers, Royal Blood, OneRepublic, and Jungle.
Meanwhile, the organisers have already unveiled the festival’s lineup for Chile, Argentina, and Brazil.
Singers like Justin Timberlake, Shawn Mendes, and Olivia Rodrigo will headline the events in 2025. While Lollapalooza Chile will take place on March 21-23, it will be held on the same weekend in Argentina.
In Brazil, the festival will kickstart in the last week of March.
