During the shooting of the film, several rumours emerged which stated that Prachi Desai and Rohit Shetty were dating. In an old interview with Filmfare, she mentioned that she is a very sensitive person and when she falls in love, she tends to forget everything. Sharing an experience she mentioned that once she was dating someone and for him she travelled to several countries before realising that she was betrayed.
Prachi said, “I have flown to several countries for someone. When I spoke to him on the phone, he said he was in a particular country. I believed him and flew across to give him a surprise. Later I realised that he was lying. He is never at the places he mentioned over phone calls.”
