Salman Khan's Bodyguard Shera Once Revealed Biggest Challenge He Faces While Protecting Him | Watch

Salman Khan is tackling death threats from Lawrence Bishnoi’s gang for a while now. The actor, whose house was also fired at earlier this year, already has his trusted bodyguard, Shera, next to him for years now. Last year, his security was tightened, with the actor getting Y plus security as well. While the team is working strong towards protecting Salman, Shera once revealed that there is one challenge that the security team faces.

Speaking with ANI, Shera said, “Salman Khan has a threat to his life, the stars who have a threat to life it is difficult for them to go into the crowd. When you are in security, it is about taking a decision at the right time.” He said, “The biggest challenge is managing the crowd of his fans. We protect Salman bhai and local security takes care of the crowd management.”

Shera has been with Salman for over 25 years now. Speaking with Zoom TV, Shera revealed, Sohail was the catalyst who helped him bag the job. “Sohail Khan introduced me to Salman during a stage show. There was a security issue, and Sohail Bhai, who knew I was a bit of a tough nut in a turban, said, ‘Why don’t you be with Salman Bhai?’” he said.

“Over time, I bonded with Bhai, and that relationship has endured. Our jodi is like no other—I’m a Sardar, he’s a Pathaan, and together, we’re unbeatable. I told Bhai, ‘Jab tak mein hu, tab tak mein apki seva karunga’ (As long as I am here, I will serve you),” he added.

Meanwhile, Salman’s security team is tackling growing death threats. Over the weekend, Salman’s close friend, political leader Baba Siddique was murdered. A member of Lawrence Bishnoi’s gang took responsibility for the death and also gave a warning to Salman.
