Actor Siddhant Chaturvedi, who recently rocked the screen in Yudhra, had a delightful surprise during his first meeting with the one and only Shah Rukh Khan! In a fun interview, he shared the story of how, after the huge success of his breakout film Gully Boy, he found himself at a party hosted by director Zoya Akhtar. Suddenly, someone grabbed his hand, and when he turned around, he was greeted by none other than Shah Rukh Khan himself! The superstar kissed Siddhant’s hand and showered him with compliments.

Siddhant recalled, “I was at Zoya’s house and someone held my hand. I turned around and they kissed my hand, and said ‘You have done such great work.’ It was Shah Rukh Khan. And I was like… this was the first time I was seeing him in person.”

Siddhant also shared another memorable incident when he bumped into Shah Rukh at a restaurant. After their interaction, Shah Rukh invited Siddhant and his friends to his home, Mannat. He described the moment: “I was just chilling at Soho house with a few friends. Shah Rukh sir was there and my friends said, ‘Please take us to him to say hello’. He asked, ‘What are you doing later?’ I said ‘nothing’ so he invited me to his home, Mannat. I told him that I am with friends, so he invited them too,” he remembered. Shah Rukh Khan told him, “Woh launde hain toh hum bhi jawan hain.”

Siddhant Chaturvedi had a tear-jerking moment when Salman Khan’s praise hit him right in the feels! It all went down during Bigg Boss, where Siddhant was promoting his film Bunty Aur Babli 2. As he stepped onto the stage, the emotions took over, and he couldn’t help but cry. He revealed, “I went up on stage and I started crying because before going on the stage he said, ‘He does such good work’, and he praised me a lot. At one point, he wasn’t even telling me directly that I do good work, he was telling Rani Mukerji that he will go ahead in life. So that thing really touched me.”

Siddhant Chaturvedi was last seen in Yudhra.
