Telugu actor Nani was seen walking barefoot in Dubai as he attended the SIIMA Awards 2024. In videos surfacing from the event on Saturday, Nani was seen wearing an all-black outfit and walked through the hotel lobby barefoot. His attire hinted that he is following the rituals of the Sabarimala temple in Kerala. Nani was surrounded by his team as he made his way to the elevator.
Later in the evening, Nani was presented with the Best Actor Award for his performance in Dasara. The actor walked up the stage barefoot and accepted the award from Vijay Deverakonda. He then joined his team of Hi Nanna as the film also won a couple of awards. Check out the photos and videos below:
Nani was also seen catching up with Rana Daggubati at the event.
The SIIMA 2024 took place in Dubai this year. While Nani won Best Actor for Dasara, the film also won several other awards. These include Best Actress, which was presented to Keerthy Suresh, and Best Director, which was won by Srikanth Odela. Dixit Shetty also bagged Best Actor in Supporting Role for the film.
On the same night, the SIIMA 2024 awards show honoured the best Kannada cinema. Rakshit Shetty was presented Best Actor for his performance in Sapta Saagaradaache Ello – Side A. Rakshit’s Sapta Saagaradaache Ello – Side A co-stars Rukmini Vasanth and Ramesh Indira also took home Best Actress (Critics) and Best Actor in Negative Role, respectively. Singer Kapil Kapilan took home the Best Playback Singer (Male) for Sapta Saagaradaache Ello – Side A.
