Taapsee Pannu recently got married to her long-time boyfriend, Mathias Boe, in an intimate ceremony. News18 Showsha was the first to report this. The lovebirds had an extremely private affair, with only their close friends and family in attendance. While the couple has been avoiding sharing glimpses of their special day, their wedding planner recently gave a glimpse of the sangeet ceremony, providing insights into the theme and decor.

Sharing the video, the wedding designer wrote, “EXCLUSIVELY step into @taapsee and @mathias.boe Sangeet night! The entrance was all things magic mixed with stardust and love. We created this entrance passage shimmering withtwinkling chandeliers, setting the stage for an evening filled with show lights,music,c and some crazy dance performance.!”

Back in March, a source told News18 exclusively that Taapsee had tied the knot. “The wedding took place in Udaipur and was an extremely intimate affair. The pre-wedding festivities kicked off on March 20. The couple was very sure that they didn’t want any media attention on their big day. Both of them are known to be very private and reserved people, and they wouldn’t have had it any other way,” our insider said.

The source mentioned that Taapsee wanted only her closest peers to attend the wedding ceremony. “Taapsee’s Dobaaraa and Thappad co-star Pavail Gulati joined the guests at her and Mathais’ wedding. Anurag Kashyap, who shares a rather close bond with Taapsee and has directed her in films like Manmarziyaan and Dobaara and produced Saand Ki Aankh, also flew to Udaipur,” said the source. Kanika Dhillon, who has closely worked with Taapsee on Haseen Dillruba, Manmarziyaan, Dunki, and Phir Aayi Haseen Dillruba as a writer, and her husband Himanshu Sharma were a part of their big day as well.

Taapsee Pannu and Danish badminton coach Mathias Boe met at the inaugural Indian Badminton League in 2013. Love blossomed between the two, and soon the families met. While Taapsee largely managed to keep details about her love life under wraps, she once stated in an interview that they began chatting on X (formerly Twitter) and then proceeded to meet one another. A report recently stated that they are all set to get married in March after dating each other for over a decade.
