Tajinder Singh Bagga failed to make an impact on the audience in the first week of Bigg Boss 18. The first week saw the politician being sent to jail as a part of the task. However, as the show progresses, Bagga is slowly becoming active in the house. In a recent interview, the politician opened up and revealed why he wanted to be a part of Bigg Boss 18.
In a conversation with Indian Express, Tajinder Singh Bagga revealed why he decided to join Bigg Boss 18. The politician spoke about how he was looking for fame just like ‘every politician.’ He mentioned how Bigg Boss is a popular show which is watched by a lot of people and that would help him become a popular face. Bagga said, “Every politician is hungry to get fame. No one will ever confess this. But Bigg Boss is a platform that is seen in every household. I accepted the offer because I wanted to reach a wider audience.”
The politician also revealed that he wants the audience to see his ‘genuine side’ which he believes would come out on the show. He continued, “I am not a hypocrite like others. When we are in politics, we come across as fake even when we address the audience. I hope with this people see my genuine side too. If you are not wrong, you shouldn’t be scared, unless you are being fake.”
In the same interview, Bagga spoke about how acting and politics only have a thin line of difference. He said, “Acting these days has a lot of politics, and politics these days has a lot of acting involved. There are a lot of politicians who are sitting in Delhi as CMs who are acting.”
Hosted by Salman Khan, Bigg Boss 18 has roped in some of the biggest names in television. The show features Shilpa Shirodkar, Vivian Dsena, Nyrra Banerji, Muskan Bamne, Karan Veer Mehra, and others.
