Hyderabad: Dhanush has undoubtedly grown as an actor in a decade’s time. From a teenager in 'Thulluvadho Ilamai' to a rowdy in 'Maari', his eclecticism has helped him reach a position where a seemingly simple twirl of his moustache is reason enough to cheer.

The trailer doesn’t promise you a 'Kaakka Muttai' but I’m pretty sure it’ll put a smile on your face. For starters, he’s having a great time at the box office. The films he has acted in recently and the films he has produced have become hits (barring 'Shamitabh'). Add to it, this latest trailer is every inch a commercial bonanza.
This film is also fishing in the sea for writer – director Balaji Mohan. He was fishing in a pond in his previous films. His stories were smaller on the canvas compared to ‘Maari’.
A test it is going to be for the team for this is an absolute entertainer. Yet I see nothing but sunrise for 'Maari'.
