The past four seasons were hosted by actor Mahesh Manjrekar. This time, the viewers are in for a fun ride as this year, the show will be hosted by none other than the Bollywood actor Riteish Deshmukh. It will be led by director Kedar Shinde. With only a few days left, the makers organised a press conference attended by the Ek Villian actor Riteish Deshmukh and director Kedar Shinde.
Director Kedar Shinde recently garnered the headlines with his film Baipan Bhari Deva. The film, revolving around the women and their determination to win the dance competition, won the hearts of the viewers at the box office. It became one of the highest-grossing films at the box office last year. Kedar Shinde will be handling the backend of this year’s Bigg Boss Marathi. Due to his involvement, the fans wondered about the participation of women in this year’s Bigg Boss Marathi. Responding to this, the director said that Bigg Boss Marathi is a new experience for him. “I am doing Bigg Boss for the first time in 2024. Now let us wait for a few days. Let me have some experience. I would like to put all the women inside. But I have to direct it differently. Let’s not talk about that now.” said Kedar Shinde.
Talking about the new season of Bigg Boss Marathi, Kedar Shinde said, “Colors Marathi’s biggest ticket show Bigg Boss Marathi is coming to the audience after two years. With this show, Colors Marathi’s journey begins a new chapter, which will have a high level of creativity. We have entrusted the stylish star of Bollywood and superstar of Maharashtra Riteish Deshmukh as the host of this show.” Kedar Shinde also appreciated the courage of the contestants who will be entering the Bigg Boss house. He claims that the makers have selected talented and versatile artists from the Marathi entertainment industry who will help in making the show successful.
