Reports have disclosed that Nikita Rawal was subjected to an armed robbery in her residence, where she was held at gunpoint by one of her house staff members. Multiple assailants threatened her life, coercing her into surrendering Rs 3.5 lakh. Under the duress of their menacing threats, Nikita had no choice but to comply with their demands. The primary culprits behind the robbery were reportedly individuals from her staff who had meticulously planned the crime. The incident took place at a carefully selected time when other staff members were absent from her home.
Reflecting on the traumatic experience, Nikita expressed her disappointment at how individuals could initially earn trust only to then exploit it to such a distressing extent. She recounted the terrifying situation, saying, “You really can’t do much when multiple goons are having you at gunpoint with a knife around your neck, constantly threatening to harm you if you do not acquiesce. They made off with nearly Rs 3.5 lakhs in cash, as well as a significant amount of my jewellery, which I had acquired through hard work.”
It has been reported that a First Information Report (FIR) has been filed in response to the robbery, and an ongoing investigation is underway to apprehend the culprits behind this shocking crime. The police are actively pursuing the recovery of the stolen money and jewellery.
