Since Jawan has finally been released today, Anirudh Ravichander expressed his gratitude towards Shah Rukh Khan, Atlee and his fans.

Jawan mania has gripped the entire nation with Shah Rukh Khan and Nayanthara fans thronging theatres in large numbers to watch the first day first show of the Atlee directorial. The early reactions to Jawan, which also features Vijay Sethupathi, have emerged on social media, and netizens are all praise for the phenomenal star cast. Amid this, Anirudh Ravichander who has composed the background score and music for King Khan’s film expressed his gratitude with a wholesome picture.

Taking to his X handle, Anirudh Ravichander shared a picture in which he can be seen giving a tight hug to the director of the film Atlee. He also penned a note where he thanked everyone from Shah Rukh Khan to Atlee. It read, “From Alwarpet to Andheri #Jawan Thank you all for your love towards the movie and the music Thank you King @iamsrk for everything @Atlee_dir @RedChilliesEnt @_GauravVerma @pooja_dadlani @TSeries.”

Jawan, starring Shah Rukh Khan, Nayanthara and Vijay Sethupathi, is all set to shatter all the records at the box office by becoming the biggest Bollywood opener of all time. Jawan has already beaten SRK’s last release Pathaan in advance sales as it has sold more than 14 lakh tickets. Taking to X (formerly Twitter) Trade Analyst Taran Adarsh wrote that Jawan, on Day 1 (as of noon) at national chains, collected nett ₹ 19.35 cr lagging behind Pathaan, War and KGF 2 in Hindi.

According to a report in Sacnilk.com, Jawan has already earned Rs 35.6 crores at the box office in India, thanks to the phenomenal advance booking. Jawan has released in about 10,000 screens, making it one of the widest releases ever for an Indian movie. Meanwhile, Jawan also features Deepika Padukone in a special appearance. The film’s first show kicked off at 6 am amid massive celebrations. Film trade expert Taran Adarsh told News18 Showsha that Jawan is likely to record opening day box office collection of Rs 85 crore in all languages.

On Wednesday, a special screening of the film was set up at Mumbai’s YRF and Hrithik Roshan, Katrina Kaif and Sunil Grover among others attended it.

September 7 will always be remembered and celebrated by Shah Rukh Khan fans as Jawan fever has gripped the entire nation and has turned into a festival. The Atlee directorial is getting immense love from the audience and critics alike. Several videos of fans dancing inside and outside theatres from all over the country are going viral on social media.
