Ramen, Night Walks And More: Inside BTS Singer V's Tokyo Diaries
Two months after he visited Tokyo, BTS V has given fans a sneak peek of his journey in an exciting vlog.

It was in August when BTS member Kim Taehyung aka V jetted off to Japan to attend the Celine store’s grand reopening at Omotesando Street in Tokyo. The K-pop idol, who is the global ambassador of the high-end fashion brand, was welcomed with utter love by ARMYs in the country. Now, two months later the Layover fame has given fans a sneak peek of his Tokyo journey in an exciting vlog. Shared on the YouTube page of Bangtan TV, the almost 6-minute-long footage chronicles all the events that took place during his outing, from work to casual lunch. The footage begins with V setting up his camera for the vlog.

He is undoubtedly an exceptional musician and dancer, but the K-pop idol faced a tad bit of difficulty in recording himself while walking. Nevertheless, he mastered the art and quickly got ready for a photoshoot session. The style icon chose a denim jacket and layered it with latex bottoms and statement shoes to complete his look. Golden brown wavy hairstyle and sling bag only ended up accentuating his look. Check out a few stills from the photoshoot here:

After completing the work session, he went to a Ramen place for lunch with his team. Smiling at the camera, V joked, “I eat really fast. I eat so fast I can’t breathe." The funny comment was followed by him adding onions and sauce to the delicious bowl of Japanese cuisine. It seems V loves Ramen with just a dash of sauce. He says, “Even just a bit of this changes the whole flavour." After finishing the meal, the musician enjoyed a peaceful car ride on his way back.

The scene cuts through to nighttime when V takes a night walk outside with his team members. “Hello. I’m walking in a park. Look at the view. That’s good. Wow, it’s so pretty," he keeps commenting throughout the outing before the session meets its end.

At one point in the vlog, V also visits the teamLab Planet, a museum consisting of large-scale artwork spaces including flowery gardens and sparkly rooms that blur viewers’ perception of reality. With childlike excitement, the BTS member was spotted surveying the place. He looked equally astonished and startled by the larger-than-life artworks.
