Salman Khan Birthday: Katrina Kaif Wishes Tiger Co-star On His Special Day, Says 'May You Always...'

Salman Khan celebrates his 58th birthday today, December 27, 2023. The actor marked the special occasion in the company of close friends, including his niece Ayat, with whom he cut the birthday cake. On arriving in Mumbai, Salman went directly to Aayush and Arpita’s residence, where the entire family gathered to celebrate his birthday. A three-tier cake was cut not only for Salman but also for Ayat, and everyone enjoyed in the dual celebrations. Meanwhile, birthday wishes poured in from various corners of Bollywood, including heartfelt greetings , including Katrina Kaif.

Katrina took to social media to extend warm birthday wishes to her Tiger co-star. Posting on her Instagram stories, Katrina shared a picture and captioned it, ‘Tiger Tiger Tiger, may you always be just as you are… a true original (white heart emoticon). Happy birthday.’ Salman and Katrina, known for their on-screen chemistry, have worked together in quite a few films including ‘Maine Pyaar Kyun Kiya,’ ‘Bharat,’ ‘Yuvvraaj,’ ‘Partner,’ ‘Ek Tha Tiger,’ ‘Tiger Zinda Hai,’ and the recently released action thriller ‘Tiger 3.’ Post Tiger 3, during an exclusive conversation with News18 Showsha, Salman Khan, who played the titular character of Tiger in the popular action franchise, had said that he is excited by the idea of a Zoya spin-off. He told us, “Why not? But Zoya would be really incompletely without Tiger. So, Tiger will have to be there and save the day and the climax even if he’s not there throughout the entire length of the film.”

As for their upcoming projects, Salman has not yet announced his next film. On the other hand, Katrina is set to star in the thriller film Merry Christmas alongside Vijay Sethupathi, Radhika Apte, and Sanjay Kapoor. Directed by Sriram Raghavan, known for his previous big hits like ‘Badlapur’ and ‘Andhadhun,’ ‘Merry Christmas’ is eagerly anticipated.
