Singer Akriti Kakar has welcomed her first child with her filmmaker husband Chirag Arora and it’s a baby boy. The Iski Uski singer took to Instagram on Thursday, November 2 to announce the birth of her son. She and Chirag became parents to their baby boy on Wednesday, November 1. To announce the birth of her first child, the singer penned a joint note with her husband and shared an adorable photo from their pregnancy shoot.
Taking to Instagram, Akriti wrote, “On 1:11:2023 Our family grew by 2 feet & 1 beautiful heart ❤️ Our precious little BABY BOY is here! The universe has blessed us with the most beautiful miracle. We want to thank our parents & my sisters for being our rock solid support, our friends who’ve been like family, and our angel Dr. Vandana Bansal, Dr. Avasthi & team at @suryahospitals for bringing him into this world like as smoothly as can be. Immense gratitude to YOU ALL for always loving, blessing and celebrating us and now our gorgeous BABY BOY ❣️ Ecstatic parents, Akriti & Chirag. In the photo, Chirag and Akriti can be seen dressed in matching white T-shirts and jeans with an ecstatic expression on their faces. They stood barefoot and held their shoes and heels in one hand and baby booties in the other hand. Several celebrities reacted to the announcement and sent their love to the new baby.
Akriti’s sister and singer Prakriti Kakar wrote, “He IS PERFECT.” Her second sister and singer Sukriti Kakar commented, “HAPPIEST HAPPIEST HAPPIEST HAPPIEST.” Vikrant Massey added, “Bahut bahut shubhkamnaen Bhabhi ❤️.” Asees Kaur wrote, “Congratulations ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ this is such a happy news ❤️❤️❤️.”
