Sushant Singh Rajput's Sister Claims That The Actor's Spirit Helped Her Find Lost Airpods: 'Felt His Presence A Lot...'
Sushant Singh Rajput's sister got candid about the spiritual bond with her late brother.

Sushant Singh Rajput’s sisters have always supported him. Since his passing in 2020, they often share memories and stand up for him. Shweta Singh Kirti, his sister in the US, has also written about Sushant in her new book, ‘Pain: A Portal to Enlightenment’. The late actor’s sister recalled in a recent interview that Sushant Singh Rajput’s spirit had helped her find her lost Airpods.

While speaking with Preetika Rao on her podcast, Shweta Singh Karki shared, “I have felt his presence a lot of times. We had a very cute relationship and we were almost like twins. I lost my AirPods toh I was looking for it everywhere and I was not able to find it. Toh bhai dheere se mere kaan mein bolta hain (he softly whispered in my ear), I felt it like his voice and his husky voice and everything. Tumhara AirPod tumhare curtain ke peeche hain. Jao waha par mil jayega on the window sill (Your AirPods are behind the curtain on the window sill.)”

Previously, speaking with Instant Bollywood, Shweta, who was in India for her book launch, said, “Hume jaan na hai kya huya humare pyaare Sushant ke saath. Hum sabko jaan naa hai. Aur jab tak hum yeh nahi jayenge, hum mein se kisiko bhi closure nahi milega. We have to find that out and for that, we have to keep asking for justice, keep telling CBI to do the investigation and come out with the results as fast as possible.”

Shweta, accompanied by her elder sister Rani Di, visited the Kanyakumari Temple, a Shiva temple. That apart, she posed outside Sushant’s apartment at Mount Blanc, where many people chanted for justice.

Not long back, Shweta also took to Instagram to remember her brother on his birth anniversary. Sharing a montage, she wrote, “Happy Birthday to My Sona Sa Bhai. Love you forever….infinity to the power infinity. Hope you live in million hearts and motivate them to do and be good. May your legacy be the millions you have inspired to be God-like and generous. May everyone understand that Godward is the only way forward and make you proud.

In her book, Shweta mentioned that although Sushant couldn’t visit her due to his busy Bollywood career, she traveled to India every year to see him from 2014 to 2017. Unfortunately, she couldn’t visit in 2018 and 2019. In January 2020, she made a special trip “especially to see him” but couldn’t meet him. Just four days before his tragic death on June 14, 2020, she invited him to the US during a phone call.

Shweta mentioned that her husband was the one who informed her about the news on the night of June 13 in the US and a chill ran down her spine. “A chill ran down my spine and I lay in bed paralysed. I didn’t scream. I didn’t cry. By conviction of my practice, I fell into a space that sucked all the shock that my body and mind were going through,” she wrote in her book.
