Animal Trailer Out: Ranbir Kapoor Gives Goosebumps As 'Criminal', Battles Fierce Bobby Deol
Directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, Animal marks Ranbir Kapoor and Rashmika Mandanna's first movie together.

The trailer of Ranbir Kapoor and Rashmika Mandanna’s much-awaited movie Animal is finally here. It was launched on Thursday, November 23, at a grand event in New Delhi. The trailer presents how Ranbir’s character’s attachment leads him on the path of becoming a gangster, eventually coming to face with his nemesis, played by Bobby Deol. It also reveals that Anil Kapoor will be playing Ranbir’s father in the movie. On the other hand, Rashmika Mandanna will be Ranbir’s love interest.

Soon after the trailer was shared, fans reacted to it and expressed excitement for the movie. “Cannot wait," one of the fans wrote. Another user commented, “Ranbir and Rashmika look so good together". “This movie will be the turning point of Ranbir Kapoor’s life….Mark my words!" a third comment read. Watch it here:

During the trailer launch event of Animal, Rashmika Mandanna also shared that she is confident about this movie and went on to say that it might be her “best" movie ever.

Directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, Animal marks Ranbir and Rashmika’s first movie together. On Wednesday, it was revealed that the movie has been granted ‘A’ – adult-only certificate by the Central Board of Film Certification. It was further revealed that the Sandeep Reddy Vanga directorial is 3 hours and 21 minutes long.

In one of his previous Instagram LIVE sessions, Ranbir Kapoor talked about Animal and revealed that he had to undergo a massive transformation for the film. “For Animal, I had shaved my hair! For the last scene, I had done that. So now I am growing my hair. Since I am not working on any film, I am eating a lot, and not following any diet. I have changed my entire lifestyle. I have quit smoking, so I am eating a lot of chocolates," he said.

Animal will hit theatres on December 1. This means that the film will clash at the box office with Vicky Kaushal’s Sam Bahadur.
