Star Aussie cricketers Mitchell Starc and Alyssa Healy recently purchased a $25 million mansion.
The luxurious estate, known as Charlotte Park, is situated in Terrey Hills, within the opulent surroundings of the Northern Beaches’ Forest District.
While the area is renowned for its grand mansions, this particular purchase stands out as the first to surpass $20 million in the trophy home market.
Known as one of the most celebrated power couples in the cricket world, Healy and Starc often capture attention for their public displays of affection.
With their status as one of the wealthiest couples in the sports realm, their latest real estate venture into Charlotte Park may not come as a surprise to many.
It has been reported that the sale price of Charlotte Park has smashed all records in the Forest District. The property was sold by Simone Mills who is the mum of Sydney Swans co-captain Callum Mills and the spouse of Cadence’s co-founder Darren Mills.
The deal managed to top GWS Giants deputy chairman Adrian Fonseca’s sale of his spare estate earlier this year. That deal was worth around $14.1 million.
The purchase also surpassed the almost $16 million deal a few months after Millenial Chinese wine distributor Yunlong Zhang sold his Starship Enterprise house in Elanora Heights. While some may consider the sale of Charlotte Park to be a highly inflated deal, it just might be a worthy record-setter.
Charlotte Park is spread across 1.8 hectares, reminiscing the homesteads of California’s Napa Valley. The property was a major construction project of the luxury home designing firm Cadence & Co. Architect Michael Kilkeary led the development of the project. It features all the standard equestrian facilities including horse stables, a tennis court, a kitchen garden and a huge swimming pool. Aside from these, the property also has a cabana, pavilion, a minimum of one fire pot, a chicken coop and one of the best views in the suburb.
Starc seems to be preparing for a much-needed vacation after the ongoing ODI Cricket World Cup in India. Australia have made it to the final, having beaten South Africa by three wickets in their semi-final match.
Starc is currently amongst the top-three wicket-takers for his side with only Adam and Josh Hazlewood scalping more players than him. They will next be facing the hosts India in the ultimate game of the competition.
The match will take place at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad, Gujarat on November 19.
