Quinton de Kock played another fabulous innings in their next game against Australia recording his second straight century. His innings helped South Africa set a 311-run total. In the second half, Kagiso Rabada produced a great bowling performance as he scalped three wickets while giving away only 33 runs in eight overs.
South Africa will face the Netherlands at the HPCA Stadium on October 17. The Dutch were on a dream run in Zimbabwe as they sailed past the West Indies to make it to the 2023 World Cup after a 12-year absence. Despite a good showing in the qualifiers, the Netherlands have failed to start their World Cup campaign on a winning note. They lost their opening game to Pakistan by 81 runs before conceding another 99-run defeat to New Zealand. It will be interesting to see if they can make their case against one of the best teams in the world.
