Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma have been setting couple goals ever since they got married in December 2017. The power couple has continued to impress fans with their hilarious yet adorable social media posts which often feature each other. In one such post, Anushka wrote, “Uff Puma India, so much drama! You’re just upset I ate your entire birthday cake.”

She was wishing the global sports brand Puma on its birthday and was possibly referring to the Puma mascot in the pic. Kohli was quick to reply with a cheeky “You finished my cake too” remark.

Both Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma are brand ambassadors of Puma.

Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma’s dreamy wedding had taken the internet by storm back in 2017. The couple welcomed a daughter on January 11, 2021. Virat and Anushka are often regarded as India’s biggest star couple. While Kohli is one of the leading batters in modern cricket, Anushka is a renowned actress and film producer. Just recently during India’s third ODI against Australia, Kohli was seen making a video call to Anushka from the field. The gesture was adored by several fans.

Speaking of the ODI series, Team India was phenomenal against Australia as they bagged a comfortable 2-1 victory over on home soil. Virat Kohli didn’t feature in the first two games as he was rested in order to maintain his fitness for the ODI World Cup. He returned to the cricket pitch in the third ODI against the Aussies. Things didn’t go as planned in that game as Mitchell Marsh smashed 96 runs in 84 balls which spearheaded Australia to a 352-run tally. India did enjoy a good batting start in the game which saw Rohit Sharma score 81 runs in 57 balls. Kohli followed with a half-century of his own but it just did not prove to be enough for a win as India had to suffer a defeat by 66 runs.

Despite the setback, Virat Kohli’s form has been unquestionable this year. The ace batter has smashed five centuries in 2023 with his last one coming against Pakistan at the Super 4 stage of the Asia Cup. Kohli’s performance also guided his team to Asia Cup glory, which saw India take down Sri Lanka in the final.
