81. Devsar is a state Assembly/Vidhan Sabha constituency in the state of Madhya Pradesh and is part of Sidhi Lok Sabha/Parliamentary constituency. Devsar falls in Singrauli district and Vindhya Pradesh region of Madhya Pradesh. It is categorised as a rural seat.

There are a total of 2,20,643 voters in the seat, which includes 1,18,384 male voters, and 1,02,257 female voters. In the 2018 Madhya Pradesh elections, Devsar recorded a voter turnout of 67.17%. In 2013 the turnout was 70.38%, and in 2008 it was 65.94%.

In 2013, Rajendra Meshram of BJP won the seat by a margin of 33,214 votes (23.36%). Rajendra Meshram secured 45.16% of the total votes polled.

BJP won this seat in the 2008 Assembly elections with a margin of 34,523 votes (34.32%), registering 54.09% of the total votes polled.
