New Delhi: The Congress is all set to corner the Narendra Modi government in Parliament and will take up farmer issue. Party Vice President Rahul Gandhi who is reaching out to grief-stricken farmers in different states will raise the issue in the House. The Cabinet also met to discuss the agrarian crisis due to unseasonal rains and hailstorms.
