Srinagar: A Jammu and Kashmir has reserved its verdict on a petition seeking Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) probe into the killing of National Conference (NC) worker Haji Saeed Yousuf on September 29.
Several questions have been raised on the role of Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah over the death of the party worker.
The National Conference worker had allegedly died after a meeting with Abdullah.
Yousuf's son Talib Hussain had also implicated Omar, accusing him of hiding the truth about his father's death and had demanded a CBI probe.
Talib had even claimed to have seen torture marks on his father's body.
Opposition PDP had also demanded that Omar must resign as the Chief Minister to ensure a fair probe into the incident.
