Indore: Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi while blaming "vested political interest" for Muzaffarnagar riots in Uttar Pradesh claimed that Pakistan's ISI was trying to recruit disgruntled riot-affected youngsters to carry out its nefarious designs. Blaming the Bharatiya Janata Party for the riots in Muzaffarnagar, Rahul claimed that intelligence inputs have revealed that some ISI agents were in touch with riot victims.

Speaking at a rally in Indore, the Congress second-in-command said that only his party was capable of taking all sections of the society together whereas the opposition parties were busy pitting one community against other for their narrow political gains.

While targeting the 10-year-rule of Shivraj Singh Chouhan government he blamed it for not making Indore the commercial capital of Madhya Pradesh. He went on to add that Congress will ensure all-round development of Indore and ensure economic prosperity so that the youngsters of the area were not forced to migrate to bigger cities.

The Gandhi scion also took a dig at Bharatiya Janata Party's 'Indian Shinning' campaign, accusing the party of suppressing the voice of people and instead claiming that it was working for their development.

Calling the BJP of being anti-poor, Rahul claimed that the Congress was working at the ground level for all sections of the society whereas the BJP was all about "air conditioned and industralised politics".

"Politics of India Shining suppressed the voice of people of Bundelkhand for development. Bundelkhand did not come under India Shining," Rahul said at an election rally in Sagar district of Madhya Pradesh on Thursday.

Rahul asked the voters to rise above caste and community considerations and vote for the Congress on November 25 Assembly elections. He claimed that the Congress will win the elections and form the government in the state.
