Team India was faced with the setback of their star all-rounder, Hardik Pandya who was forced off with an injury when he slipped in his follow-through stage. Virat Kohli had come in to bowl in place of the injured bowler which also caught the eyes of many.
KL Rahul has also had a decent start in the World Cup having formed a crucial partnership with Virat Kohli in their first game against Australia to get the victory in Chennai.

When it comes to Bangladesh it is the opening pair of Litton Das and Tanzid Hasan both of whom managed to get to their half-centuries to give the side a good start to their innings.
But India showed their resilience as the side managed to find their way back into the game with a wicket each from Kuldeep Yadav, and Mohammed Siraj and two wickets from Ravindra Jadeja.
Team India will be looking to continue their winning momentum as they look to maintain their undefeated streak by picking their fourth win in the World Cup hosted at home.

Bangladesh on the other hand will be eager to get back on the winning track after back-to-back losses against England and New Zealand. The side has managed to get their only win against Afghanistan in their opening fixture. The side also does not have their star player, Shakib-Al-Hasan for the game against India making it a big loss for the side as they have relied on him for both his batting as well as bowling prowess.
Keeping the 2011 heroics in mind, Rohit Sharma and his team will be eager to get their hands on the trophy yet again making it their third ODI World Cup trophy in the nation’s history.
