They achieved this by using the Gapps Magisk module available on GitHub to enable call screening flags. He notes that other countries will also receive call screening support, not just India.

The existence of these calling and language packs suggests that Google might be considering bringing this feature to more markets, especially India. Currently, this feature is reserved for Pixel 6 and later users in Australia, the US, Spain, the UK, Italy, Japan, Ireland, and Germany.
