The Lumia 650 adds to the firm's latest smartphone range with a mid-range model and will come in single and dual-SIM variants.

Adding to its line of Windows 10-powered smartphones, Microsoft has introduced the all-new Lumia 650. The mid-range smartphone comes in an aluminum frame and is slim and lightweight in build.

It features a 5-inch OLED display with HD resolution and under its hood is a 1.3 GHz Quad-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 212 chipset with 1 GB of RAM.

It comes with 16 GB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 200 GB via microSD card. Aimed at business users and consumers alike, the phone includes full range of Microsoft software, such as Office, Skype, OneDrive, etc.

The phone sports an 8 megapixel rear camera with f/2.2 aperture, auto focus,and LED flash. The secondary snapper is a wide angel 5 megapixel camera, capable of video recording in 720p resolution.

The Windows 10-powered Lumia 650 is 4G LTE capable and comes with a battery capacity of 2000 mAh which Microsoft claims offers maximum talk time of 16 hours on 4G.

The phone is available in Black and White colour choices.

It has been released for select European markets and will start selling from February 18. It will come in single- and dual-SIM models and with prices starting at around $199.
