She is currently seen on Bigg Boss 18 and is one of the popular contestants on the show. Shrutika rose to fame before her appearance on Bigg Boss by winning the Tamil cooking-comedy show Cook with Comali. Shrutika Arjun’s path into showbiz began much earlier with a noteworthy performance in a Malayalam film.

Shrutika Arjun made her Malayalam cinema debut in Swapnam Kondu Thulabharam in 2003. She played the role of Ammu and got an appreciation for her performance, co-starring legendary actors Suresh Gopi and Kunchacko Boban. Shrutika Arjun is performing well on Bigg Boss 18 so far. However, due to the show’s shifting power dynamics, the actress had a fight with Avinash Mishra in the recent episode. During a recent nomination task, Bigg Boss gathered all contestants to the activity area and gave Shrutika Arjun the right to nominate someone for eviction. When she selected Avinash and explained that she was against his approach of putting down others to be strong in the game. The latter became angry, threatening her in the process. The scene deteriorated when Shrutika sarcastically complimented his acting abilities, prompting Avinash to respond by claiming that he could evict her from the house. On the other hand, recently Shrutika was also seen teaching Tamil to Bigg Boss.

On the personal front, Shrutika Arjun is married to businessman Arjun. The couple is parents to a son. Meanwhile, Hema Sharma was evicted from Bigg Boss 18 last week. Apart from her, Gunratan Sadavarte had to walk out of the Bigg Boss 18 house as he was required outside for some pending cases in court.
