Nia Sharma To Make Comeback With Supernatural Show Suhaagan Chudail?

Nia Sharma, who has enthralled audiences with her remarkable performances in Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hai and Jamai Raja, is gearing up to make a grand comeback on television. Recent reports have set the tinsel town buzzing with excitement as the actress is speculated to have bagged a new project titled Suhaagan Chudail. However, the actress is yet to confirm this exciting development.

According to a report by ETimes, a source close to the project informed, “Nia is on board with us for the show. Having her play the title role is already a major advantage for us. The rest of the casting is currently underway. The shoot will commence shortly after the cast is locked. The story will revolve around three characters, with a woman attempting to save her husband from being trapped by a chudail.”

Earlier, in an interview, Nia clarified that despite a two-year hiatus from television projects, she has remained actively engaged in her career. She explained that even though she hadn’t been on TV for two years, she was still busy with other projects like music videos.

Nia Sharma’s last stint in a fiction series was in Ekta Kapoor’s supernatural drama Naagin 4, which concluded its run in 2020. Since then, fans have been eagerly awaiting her return to the small screen. The news of her association with Suhaagan Chudail has sparked a wave of anticipation among her fans.

Apart from her acting prowess, Nia is renowned for her impeccable fashion sense. The actress regularly treats her followers to glimpses of her style. In a recent snapshot, she dazzled in a striking black dress, accentuated by a flattering V neckline, sleeveless design, and a chic floor-length hemline.

Nia started her acting journey with Star Plus’s Kaali – Ek Agnipariksha, where she portrayed the character Anu. However, it was her role as Manvi Chaudhary in Star Plus’ Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hai alongside Krystle D’Souza, Karan Tacker, and Kushal Tandon that earned her widespread recognition. She then played Roshni Patel in Jamai Raja opposite Ravi Dubey. Following this, she joined Ekta Kapoor’s acclaimed supernatural series Naagin 4: Bhagya Ka Zehreela Khel.

In 2017, Nia made her digital debut with Vikram Bhatt’s web series Twisted, alongside Rrahul Sudhir and Namit Khanna as Aliyah Mukherjee. She also participated in Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi: Made In India and emerged as the winner.
