Television actress Surbhi Jyoti has become a hot topic due to a rumoured relationship with her longtime beau Sumit Suri. And now, the Qubool Hai star is gearing up to tie the knot with him in March 2024, possibly on 6th or 7th of the month, according to recent media reports. Their romance reportedly blossomed after working together on a music video, leading to Surbhi and Sumit dating each other. According to a report by Pinkvilla, contrary to the rumoured dates in early March, a close friend of Surbhi Jyoti, who chose to remain anonymous, denied any such immediate plans. “Nothing is decided yet. I’m pretty close to her and I haven’t heard anything like that. Things are being discussed but it will take some time to finalize everything. March looks pretty close and from what I know, it won’t happen so soon,” the friend said.
A year ago, Surbhi Jyoti found herself entangled in rumours of a romantic involvement with her close friend, Rithvik Dhanjani. The speculations gained traction when pictures of their holiday in Istanbul were circulated widely. Fans fuelled the conjectures for a while, but the Pavitra Rishta actor put an end to the gossip by refuting any romantic connection with Surbhi. After his breakup with Asha Negi, he openly declared, “I am single.”

Earlier, the actress was also speculated to be involved with Pearl V Puri and Varun Turkey. Rumours also circulated suggesting that Surbhi Jyoti was romantically involved with her Naagin co-star. Dismissing these reports, she explicitly stated that she was not in a relationship with him, despite the wishes of their fans who hoped for them to date and eventually tie the knot. However, it turned out that this too was nothing more than speculation.
In 2016, the media was buzzing with reports claiming that Surbhi Jyoti was romantically linked to her Qubool Hai co-star, Varun Toorkey. According to these reports, following her breakup with Zorawar Singh, she had found love once again in Varun. After meeting on the sets of the show, they quickly formed a strong bond. Contrary to these speculations, Jyoti later refuted the claims, asserting that none of them held any truth.
