Poonam Pandey’s faux demise, aimed at bringing attention to cervical cancer, stirred quite a buzz. Initially, many were led to believe she had passed away, only for it to be later revealed as a publicity stunt she felt was necessary to shed light on the issue. This move grabbed headlines and triggered a surge in online searches about cervical cancer, but it also drew criticism for its insensitive nature. Ever since, Pandey has become a prime target for jokes and memes, particularly about how she hilariously brought the concept of life after death to reality.
Amidst the chatter, a recent playful jab at Pandey set the internet on fire. It came from none other than comedian Samay Raina, who recently hosted a live-streamed chess match between Pandey and Yashraj Mukhate. While Raina’s commentary was filled with spontaneous jibes, one moment stole the spotlight. When explaining a chess move to Pandey, he quipped, “Vapas zinda hona to aapko aata hi hai (You’re a pro at coming back to life, right?)” This not only left Pandey and others in stitches but also turned into a viral sensation, spreading laughter far and wide.
