A recent clash between comedian Kunal Kamra and Ola CEO Bhavish Aggarwal regarding customer service has sparked considerable discussion on social media. Amid this, a man intensified the conversation by sharing his distressing experience with an Ola scooter and its service centre. He recounted leaving his brand-new scooter for inspection, only to be frustrated by the sight of many other vehicles waiting for repairs. The accompanying video depicts a cramped area filled with numerous “damaged” Ola scooters. Another individual chimed in, stating that his scooter frequently malfunctions without warning, recounting instances where it reportedly stopped in the middle of the road. He strongly cautioned viewers to think twice before investing in an Ola scooter priced at Rs 1 lakh.

In the video, the man says, “Right now, I’m inside the Ola service center and all the scooters are parked here. I bought my scooter brand new just two months ago. Check them all, they’re all defective. They say they don’t have the parts. I’m really fed up with this scooter. I’ve been noticing so many issues with Ola scooters for a while now. It’s your own money, a scooter worth lakh rupees, so it’s your choice. Now, we’re calling the manager, but he don’t even pick up the phone and everyone is exhausted.”

Later in the video, when he asks another customer to share their problems, the individual says, “There are a lot of issues. The shock absorber gets damaged, and it resets repeatedly. I’ve almost had an accident twice because it stopped in the middle of the road.”

Tagging Ola CEO, Bhavish Aggarwal, a user wrote, “Should we remind you again? Or will continue to carry your arrogance?”

Another shared, “Just waiting to see if Bhavish Aggarwal would reply and repost this, or was Kunal Kamra the only exception.”

“First of all kudos to all the buyers who even thought it will be cool to buy Ola scooter instead of Activa 6g. Ab karo problems face yeh kabhi na kabhi toh hona hi tha. I am rocking my 0 problems 0 rupees maintenance Activa 6g since 2 years hehe,” a comment read.

Another wrote, “There are numerous issues with Ola scooters, yet the company has been unresponsive. It seems that Ola’s CEO, Bhavish Aggarwal, is more focused on making money than addressing customer service concerns. Many customers, including myself, are dissatisfied with the product.”

An individual shared, “Should recall all their vehicles and refund cash to the buyers!…enough is enough.”
