As announced at the launch of 2017 CLA, Mercedes-Benz is all set to introduce the 13th product of the year, the AMG C 43.
This will be the third AMG product of the year after the AMG GLE 43 Coupe and the AMG SLC 43.
The AMG C 43 4MATIC is yet another addition to the C-Class portfolio, created by the developers at Affalterbach.
It will be launched in India on December 14 at Buddh International Circuit.
The C43 coupe complements the C63 coupe. It will come with a 3.0-liter twin-turbocharged V-6, which produces 367 bhp and 570 Nm of torque, mated to a nine-speed automatic. The body too will be modified to give it a more musculine look.
The C43 features a modified chassis setup with more negative wheel camber, sports suspension, sports-tuned steering system and larger brakes (14.2-inch vented and perforated front discs, 12.6-inch vented rears).
It is fitted with a 4MATIC all-wheel drive system, with a 69 percent rear torque bias.
The C43 is a big leap for the regualr C-class range, but there's a lot of room for AMG C63 coupe that will be more powerful.
