Need for Speed? This Man Reached 400 Km/h on a Ninja H2
Simply seeing the speedometer indicate 400 km/h is an adrenaline rush in itself.

Kawasaki has been known for creating some of the most adrenaline-pumping motorcycles, be it the ZX-10R, ZX-14R or the Ninja H2R, and the latter has recently been a part of something historic.

Turkish rider Kenan Sofuoglu took the Ninja H2R to a whopping indicated speed of 400 km/h at the Ozman Gazi Bridge. At the time of the attempt, he used an almost stock bike fitted with special Pirelli tyres which were designed to go this fast. Rev’It provided Kenan with a specially designed one-piece leather suit with enhanced aerodynamics, while Elf provided race-grade fuel for a boost in performance.

Although some might argue that you Kenan needed to have a run in the opposite direction too, to negate the advantages of factors like wind and inclination and also that the 400 km/h speed was indicated on the speedometer, which is not the most precise way of monitoring speed. But you have to agree that simply seeing the magic number and the 26-second climb to that figure was as adrenaline pumping as it could be.

What's your reaction?
