Tata Motors has launched a new pick up truck in the Small Commercial Vehicle (SCV) segment, the Ace Mega in India at Rs 4.31 lakh (ex-Thane).
Powered by a 800cc Dicor engine that produces 40PS, the new Ace Mega has a top speed of 90kmph says Tata Motors. The Ace Mega has a rated payload of one tonne.
Tata Motors says that the new pick-up truck has a reinforced load body that presents higher load carrying capacity. Coupled with one of the most powerful engines in its class, the Ace Mega will offer quicker turnarounds.
The interior features a lockable glove box, mobile charging facility and fabric seats. The exterior has body coloured bumpers, new front protective wheel arch eyebrows, body graphics and wide angle ORVMs.
