Bengaluru Consultant Hasn't Received Salary For 3 Months, Here's What People Suggest She Should Do
Bengaluru woman, working as a consultant, has not received her salary in three months. Here is what people have to say about it.

A woman working in a Bengaluru clinic as a consultant is being denied her salary for three months now. Her boyfriend, who goes by an anonymous name on Reddit, took to the micro blogging site and shared the ordeal. He explained how for the first two months the HR had told her that she will get her salary next month. However, this month the HR had told her that since the clinic is running at a loss she cannot be paid even her basic salary. Moreover, the HR informed her that if she wants money, she needs to assure that the patients who walk in opt for some treatment or surgery.

It gets even worse as the man shared that his girlfriend has a bond there for 2 years and she has been working there for 1.5 years. “She says she can’t leave the clinic before the 6 months are over as she won’t get her experience certificate and she’d be treated as a fresher elsewhere. Other people are getting at least 25% of their salary but she is not even getting paid as she is in a bond and has no other option but to stay there,” he explained.

The man further mentioned how this entire situation is stressing her out and she is finding it difficult to live here and manage expenses without her salary. With this, he asked people for their suggestions. Here is the viral post:

Many people shared how they have been through the same. People suggested that she should simply sue the company. Since being uploaded, the post has garnered multiple responses. One Reddit user commented, “This, I hate that this is normal. We are SUPPOSE to file a legal complaint, which would lead to closing down the company/clinic or have tons of other means. But it takes too long for resolution, more money we don’t have to be spent just TRYING for justice, that it’s not even worth it. And at the end the conclusion will be. “Ok, now what do you want us to do, what can we do?” And whatever is the Justice in other countries, here is just brushed away by authority by them saying “that’s not possible, can’t do that” Sigh.”

Another person wrote, “If they are not investing in her training , the value of toilet paper is more than that bond. Hire a good lawyer and serve a legal notice. The matter should get closed at the earliest.”
