‘I Don't Have It In My Character:’ Actor Jaggesh Denies Bad Mouthing Drone Prathap

Prathap NM, popularly known as Drone Prathap, is probably one of the most controversial contestants on this year’s season of Bigg Boss Kannada. His claim-to-fame has been questioned multiple times way before his name was confirmed for Bigg Boss Kannada. Prathap, a native of Mandya hails from a low-income family. He claimed to have built 600 drones out of pieces from broken televisions and mixer-grinders. The media and press presented him as a gifted youth who had received honours and prizes from Germany, Japan, and a number of other nations. He added that he had travelled to 87 nations and had job offers from a number of them.

Drone scientists in Bengaluru have, however, challenged these claims and have said that Prathap is exaggerating his achievements. On a Colors TV show, popular actorJaggesh had called out Prathap and spoke effusively about his accomplishments.

Now that Drone Prathap is part of the Bigg Boss house, some posts were doing the rounds on the internet which claimed that Jaggesh had bad mouthed Prathap on social media. The actor has now claimed that it was not him who made the social media posts; someone had used his profile pic and used another handle to bad mouth Prathap. While he did not mention Prathap by name, users could easily deduce who he was talking about.

In his post, Jaggesh said that by framing him for comments he did not make, people would only get momentary happiness and warned of consequences if the perpetrators were caught. “Friends, I don’t have it in my character to hurt anyone. I respect my haters and if they don’t like me, I will stay away from them,” he said, also adding that he is 61 years old and doesn’t want to argue with people half his age.
