Arbaaz Khan Remembers Satish Kaushik Ahead Of Patna Shuklla's Release
As one of late actor Satish Kaushik's last films, Patna Shuklla, is about to release, producer Arbaaz Khan misses his presence.

Veteran actor, director and Producer Satish Kaushik passed away last year on March 9 due to a heart attack after leaving a permanent void in the Indian film industry. In his career spanning decades, he entertained the audience with his stellar performances and he was also known to be a mentor of many budding actors and filmmakers in the industry. He garnered recognition for his performances in films like Mr India, Saajan Chale Sasural, Judai and Mr and Mrs Khiladi among others. He might not be with us anymore, but his legacy lives on, as he gave us some memorable characters which his fans will always cherish.

There are a few upcoming films left, in which fans will be able to see Satish Kaushik showcasing his acting talent which he shot before his demise in 2023. He will be next seen in the courtroom drama film Patna Shuklla in which he will be seen portraying the role of a judge.

Helmed by Vivek Budakoti, the film also stars Raveena Tandon as a lawyer and Manav Vij in pivotal roles. The film is produced by Arbaaz Khan.

While talking to ANI, Arbaaz remembered late actor Satish Kaushik and said, “We all miss him. He was so amzing as an actor and as a person. It’s very sad that the film is releasing and he is not amongst us. It’s very sad.”

Actor Anushka Kaushik, who will be seen playing the role of Rinki in Patna Shukla, also shared his experience of working with Satish Kaushik.

She said, “I learned a lot from him, he was actually the funniest. He was so curious about life and he used to call me ‘Kaushik’. In the hammer scene in the film, when he played the judge he used to bang it like a kid.”

Recently, the makers of Patna Shuklla shared the film’s official trailer which received good responses from the fans. The trailer shows Raveena (as Tanvi Shukla, a lawyer) trying to help a student who wrongfully failed an exam despite performing well. The film dives into the education scam of roll-numbers that affects the lives of many earnest students in the country.

The film will be streaming on the OTT platform Disney+ Hotstar from March 29.

Apart from this, Satish Kaushik will also be seen in Kangana Ranaut’s upcoming period film Emergency.
