The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) is all set to release the class 10th results 2024 today, May 27. Students who appeared for the exam will be able to check their results on MSBSHSE’s official website, mahresult.nic.in. Alternative websites where students can check their results include results.gov.in, results.nic.in, mahahsc.in, mahahsscboard.in and mahahsscboard.maharashtra.gov.in. To obtain the mark sheet, students will need to provide their roll number along with their mother’s first name.

In 2023, approximately 15 lakh students took the class 10th exam, with 12,92,468 students successfully passing. The overall pass percentage stood at 93.83 per cent, with girls achieving a pass percentage of 95.87 per cent and boys 92.06 per cent.

In 2022, a total of 15,62,393 students participated in the exam, achieving an overall pass percentage of 96.94 per cent.

Meanwhile, in 2021, the overall pass percentage reached an impressive 99.95 per cent.

In 2020, approximately 15 lakh students appeared for the exam, resulting in an overall pass percentage of 95.30 per cent. Girls achieved an impressive score of 96.91 per cent, while boys scored 93.90 per cent.

In 2019, the overall pass percentage for SSC results stood at 77.10 per cent.

MSBSHSE administered the class 10th examinations from March 1 to March 26. Students must obtain a minimum of 35 per cent marks in each subject, encompassing both theory and practical exams, whether main or optional. Students who are not happy with their marks can apply for recounting or verification of marks. Students will have to submit self-attested copies of their mark sheets online on the MSBSHSE portal after the SSC results are out. The process of verifying answer sheets will begin on May 28, and the registration period for answer sheet verification and photocopying will end on June 11.
