Naveen Krishna Rai has achieved success in various departments like executive, legislature, judiciary and media.

It is quite rare to meet a talented and gifted individual who has exposure and experience in not just one but various sectors. 30-year-old Naveen Krishna Rai is a remarkable individual who has achieved success in various departments like executive, legislature, judiciary and media — the four pillars of democracy. At such a young age, he has achieved success and accomplished a lot based on merit and hard work.

Naveen Krishna Rai, who hails from Birpur, Ghazipur, was raised by his mother after he lost his father, a few months before his birth. They had to face a lot of financial challenges. Naveen credits his mother for shaping him into what he is today. He focused on his education and enrolled in Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Prayagraj, where he completed his schooling until 12th grade. After graduating from school, he pursued a B.Tech degree from Madan Mohan Malviya University of Technology, Gorakhpur.

While pursuing a B.Tech, he discovered his knack for social work. So, in 2015, under the guidance of IAS Ranjan Kumar, who was the then District Magistrate (DM) of Gorakhpur, Naveen initiated the Rural Youth Leadership Program for the youth of the rural areas of Gorakhpur. With the help of the programme, he could help the youth from the rural dwelling to develop leadership qualities. At the age of 21, Naveel Krishna Rai along with Commissioner P Guruprasad of Gorakhpur adopted Motiram Adda village in Korbabar block as their responsibility to raise awareness about various government schemes.

Apart from this, this young individual without the possession of any degree in the field of management taught management to various Government Officers. He has expansive knowledge about the subject and hence is often called to give training regarding management subjects to officers and judges employed in paramilitary forces, police, administrative and judicial services training academics. He has trained thousands of officers of the State Police Service, Internal Revenue Service (IRS), Administrative Service and Central Reserve Force.

He is also a member of various government committees in many states. Currently, he is a Manager in Government Affairs at IIM, Indore.
