A golden opportunity awaits candidates interested in working at the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT). NCERT has announced recruitment for Senior Research Associates (SRA) and Junior Project Fellow (JPF) positions. There will be recruitment for these posts in NCERT –

Senior Research Associate – 02 posts

Junior Project Fellow – 04 posts

Candidates applying for SRA should have a Master’s Degree in Hindi/Urdu with 55% marks or equivalent. Besides, there should also be two years of experience of working in a school or recognized educational institute. For JPF, the age limit for candidates is approximately 40 years, with a relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST and female candidates, and 3 years for OBC candidates.

Applicants should hold a Master’s degree in Political Science or a relevant subject area with at least 55% marks. SC/ST/PH candidates are eligible with a minimum of 50% marks in the relevant master’s degree. Selection of candidates will be based on a walk-in interview.

Applicants selected for JPF will receive a monthly stipend of Rs. 31,000 for those with NET/Ph.D. qualifications and Rs. 29,000 for those without NET. The duration of the job will extend until March 31, 2025. As per the official notification for NCERT Recruitment 2024, eligible candidates who meet the required criteria may participate in the walk-in interview on May 28, 2024. Applicants should bring their bio-data and original certificates to the interview, which will take place in Room No. 04, 3rd floor, Janaki Ammal Block, NCERT, Sri Aurobindo Marg, New Delhi-16.
